Action only? If it s a complete action and in really good condition, maybe $200 to someone. If it’s incomplete. $50 to $150, deepening on completeness and condition. I certainly wouldn’t pay more than hat.

I don't think that much. Nobody really builds custom rifles around Mauser actions anymore, and what else would you do with it? A rebuild would be very difficult.
A nice action for a custom if you are able to do most of the work yourself
