Here is what I think would be a fair price if i was buying it. It also depends on how trustworthy i think the seller is, because I wouldn't buy an already opened container of powder from everyone.

Good 1x mixed used brass: $10-$15/100
Good 2x, 3x, mixed used brass: $5-$10/100
Good unopened powder : 75%-85% of current retail
Good opened powder: 1/2 value of unopened containers.
primers: 75-85% of current retail price

other stuff|: 50-75% of current retail

I'm not going to do the math for you LOL

Powder and primers if un opened should be full retail price, what logical reason would their be for it dropping in price? At most I would say is no tax, but that's still bs.

There's no such thing as a "fair" price - people can choose to pass if it's above what they want to pay. So price depends on how fast you want it to sell. For new, some percentage of retail (e.g. 80% or even 120% if it's scarce) is a good point of reference. For used, I usually go "market" price. Jethunter made some good suggestions in that regard.

Prices based on condition of course. Packaged primers and sealed powder are sold at retail after taxes, anybody offers you less is scum.
