whats a good charge for 12g buckshot?

i use HS6 for powder, cheddit primers, i think WAA12 clear wads, and usualy Fed FLD/RNG, Win univeral, or Win AA low brass hulls. i am wantine to load some LEE 00 buckshot from the 18 cav. mould, they seem to weigh around 1oz but last time i tested it with my standard charg of 32.5gr i had about half of what i shot not all the powder burnt. but the ones i had loaded with lee 1ox slugs and .690RB's fired perfect, so im looking for what yous load them at using HS6 powder in 2 3/4" hulls. i was thinking maybe i need to lower the charge to maybe 31-32gr. what do yous think?

I use 36grs hs6 but load for 7/8oz only. I've found 19grs of 700x works well for 7/8oz as well without the kick
