What's a good, clean-burning powder for standard .40S&W and .45ACP loads?

I've got a ton of brass saved up and I'm starting to get a hankering to set up my press and reload some practice ammo. Mostly I'll be loading .40 and .45 auto...180gr and 230gr bullets, respectively...hence my question.

Thanks for any info and suggestions...

I ran a test on about 12 different 45 ACPs and found that the 200 SWC over 4.3 of Titegroup worked best in most of them.

In my 40 I find the 155 SWC very accurate and soft with 3.5 of TG. with the 180 lead bullet, the 3.5 of TG is also good, but not max velocity. i load for accuracy.
