Hey every one. I bought a KSG shotgun a little wile ago and i am wanting to put a red dot with a wide view on it. Somthing like the NcStar ones. Will they be able to hold up on a shot gun?
thanks

I have done A LOT of research/reading on the best bang for the buck when it comes to red dots. Forget NC star, they are garbage, I got one , it didnt even hold up to the SKS, get a TRS 25 by bushnell, after countless articles and testimonies, I have never heard a single bad thing about them, let me put it this way, I am 100% getting 5 of them, and one is going on a 44 mag, another for the shotgun.

To add, obviously when I say best bang for the buck, I dont mean a big buck :D I mean lower end.

Look around for a deal of the TRS-25. They are sold with and without a high rise mount. Funny thing is it can be the same price or even up to $20 less with the mount!
There is a little gun store in Calgary in Kensington. Forget the name but the guys who own it are super nice! Cost out the door was $118!
Great little RDS!

EOTech EXPS2-0

I have the EXPS3-0 on mine, works AWESOME! I would have gone with the 2-0 but I could not find one... You will never need the night vision option that the 3-0 comes with...

Cheers

I like the aimpoint PRO on mine. Good height, top quality

I put a Sightmark ($120) on mine and it hasn't failed yet. I've put about 200 rounds with it on there and not a hiccup. Battery life isn't great though.

Anyone had any experience with TruGlo TruBrite? Probably not as they seem to have been unavailable up here for many months.
