What's a Remington 1100 worth?

Send the owner my contact info if you decide it isnt for you.(ok, not really, but it sounds to be a good choice)
$325 is a very good price if what you described is true and what you are looking for.
That Remington can be fussy, but with some basic care and maintenance it will preform and last a lifetime of shooting.
Both on the clay field and in the hunting field as well.
One minor drawback is the fixed choke, but that to can be overcome.
Tight Chokes,

It's true there are more durable designs today, IE beretta 391/Benelli what have you.

But the 1100 fit damn near anyone who picked it up, left handed right handed, short neck, long neck, fat, skinny, short or tall.

Like browning citori's, 1100's fit so many well.

Not to mention for skeet shooting's sake, 50/50 POI and a single barrel, meaning no POI change between the first and second shot makes them ideal.

I shoot an 1100 WAY better than a 391 and I own a bunch of both.

I also have the spare parts baggies in my toolbox. ;)

Many of Todd Bender's 12 ga. records that stand today were made with an 11-87

I picked up a used (made in 1974) Remington 1100 Magnum with two 30-in. barrels a few years ago for $600. I have been using it on and off for trap shooting and never had a single issue (I must have put approx. 5000 rounds through it).

I use the 3-in. barrel for goose hunting.

The only thing I don't like about the gun is the location of the bolt release, but I find this particular model to be very accurate and consistently reliable.
