Whats better? (ADM/LaRue/GG&G)

I need to mount a scope 1.5-2 inches forward 1.5 high and am looking at these 3 options what is better?

I have used LaRue and ADM...I prefer the ADM...

I prefer the lever/adjust mechanism on the ADM mount, it also "felt" a lot smoother when assembling as well as when mounting and dismounting from the receiver than my Larue SPR...I think they are both nice I just like this one and sold the Larue

I remember reading that larue products are not approved for export... I am no expert, but maybe it is an ITAR problem???? I think if Brownells carried their stuff it might get worked out BUT I would suspect that Brownells will not pay the price that LaRue wants and so the profit margin is not there so it is a no go...

Dunno about ADM...? anyone?
