If the bullet didn't get him, the muzzle blast did...

I am glad you had a good time, I think everyone left happy, it was a great turn out, we had quite a few first timers and all did very well. I am tallying the scores now and will post them as soon as I am done. Anyone who took pics, please post them.

The muzzle blast and powder tattooing is for identification purposes. It identifies the fact that there was no minimum distance for engagement of that target and I put the muzzle where I could not miss!

It was a good shoot, the weather did not slow us down at all.

Here are the scores. I want to commend all the shooters, the only procedural's given were for cover and those were given to experienced shooters, not a single shooter who was doing this for the first time had a single issue and with guns they have never shot before.

Glen P. 172.61

Kevin R. 220.87

Dave G. 147.03

Dave O. 156.80

Geoff F. 144.11

Alex P. 136.17

Terry K. 141.26

Darryl G. 103.72

Joe J. 103.61

Trent D. 158.92

Remi L. 168.83

Peter D. 153.31

A big thanks to all who showed up and thanks to Kevin, Glen and Peter who shared the SO and score keeping duties and Kevin for his fine grilling.

"yup M&P"

Psssst ...Like i said at the match...if you had have bought a Glock instead of a copy of one ..you wouldn't have had that problem ;)...LOL ....just teasing ...kinda LOL

It was a great shoot and incidentally my first multi gun match. I don't think I had a problem with pistol side of the match (at least from watching the video) but the Carbine and Shotgun slowed me right down. More practice needed.

Valmet762 loaned me a Norc305 for the precision shoot, as he did for all of the Marksmans Club IDPA crew, gracious thanks are due for him.

00Buck, move hell and high water to get to the next one.
