Both are the same brand but i've had the one to the right opened a bit longer...

:D, ya thats it, take a bit of moly spray , and shake 'em around, this will protect the bore also.

I'm using them in a spring powered rifle, lubing my pellets might not be a good idea, the pellet would fly out of the barrel too quickly.



What can I do to prevent these things from oxidizing?

Keep them in an airtight, hermetically and vacuum sealed titanium container in a static free environment buried 30 feet underground guarded by Russian Cossacks. :runaway:

You can't keep these from oxidizing, but you can slow the process down by keeping the container closed and in a dry area. Slipping the tins in ziploc bags wouldn't hurt either.
