I'm working on piecing together my kit for range trips/competitions and wanted to see whether there were some things people had learned the hard way to make sure they had packed. So far I think I've got the basics covered, but I'd appreciate the benefit of your experience. Here's what I'm starting with:

- Shooting Mat
- Carpet for Bipod
- Spare Bipod
- Multitool with Scope Wrench and Bit
- Hex Key Set
- Extra Eyes and Ears
- Cleaning Rod
- Cleaning Kit (with Solvent and Oil)
- Towel
- Bug Dope
- Sunscreen
- Chair
- Water
- Paper & Pencils

Anything else I should be putting in there?

Thanks!

You forgot babypowder for the rear bag, I have my lucky bag powder that is always in (and around when the lid opens) my bag.

I powder my bag before every string, then I put some on the bunny ears so the rifle slides nice and easy. :D

Have you ever tried a used fleecy sheet from your clothes dryer? Works like a charm and its much more convenient to put in your range bag.

I do more field shooting so I carry a bit more in my bag.
