What's involved in exchanging a new pistol?

I just got a new CZ Shadow 2 and the top of the frame has some chips in the finish. It's a blue grip version, so nitride only, no polycoat. I'd like to exchange it for one without blems, but it's already been transferred to me. Do I call the CFO and transfer it back to the dealer? Or just take it back to the shop and then initiate the transfer (so my ATT will cover transport)?

As above, the Dealer will take care of it.

FYI - also tell the Dealer to send you a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label - they can send you one via email and you can print it out and stick it to the package. If this is an exchange you should not have to pay for shipping IMHO.

I'll give that a try!

Hopefully they don't just say I'm being too picky. But all of the other Shadows I've seen are clean even after use, since the slide doesn't make contact with the top of the frame. Dings on new stuff bugs me!
