What's it worth - Remington Model 12, .22 Cal

What is a 100 year old Remington Model 12 .22 Cal pump action rifle worth? Gun is in functional, but well used condition. Bluing is well worn. Wood has no breaks or cracks, but lots of wear.

What shape is the bore? In my opinion $150.00-$175.00 if it is well worn.
