The M-17 was the first gun I trained on 30 years ago.
Best .22 revolver out there taking into account quality and price, IMO.
The condition doesn’t look so good and I don’t think that custom target grip helps. Would sell quickly at $350-$400, best guess.

From what I can see it appears to have seen a fair bit of use including some surface rust & loss of bluing. If the lock up is still good I would say $400-450 would be reasonable. If not then $325-375.

I haven't seen it in person yet, but I think some of the discoloration might be smudging, based on the oil near the logo. Can't say for sure, but there is quite a build up of carbon near the forcing cone

That revolver has seen a lot of use, and has been disassembled by an amateur. Good chance it's a bit loose now, and if so I wouldn't want it at $250.00 If it's tight and all works well, $325.00

I should add that the one I sold had a lot of holster wear, but action , barrel 100%, trigger was a good as it gets,
those grip where all the rage 20 yrsa ago, and cost good money, now no one wants them and exc factory grips are getting hard to find

Sounds like I'll be getting it, not for myself, the friends uncle who is getting rid of his guns is going to transfer them to me until his nephew(my friend) gets his restricted, so I think Iam going to have them for quite some time ;)

Well picked it up today, was fairly dirty, to my surprise it came with the original grips, Gave it a quick wipe down wit ha dry rag and put the grips on, Definitely some wear on it, But its only my gun until my buddy gets his restricted, So it may be mine for awhile!

Those target grips would be nice for off hand shooting, With all due respect, the fellows that say they would not pay over 275.oo or 350.oo or what ever will not be buying very many K22 masterpieces, these days.
Shoot one of these and then shoot a new one , and you will see what I mean.
