I'd agree with woodchopper..
Check to see if the barrel has not been cut..might make it near the $125-$150 if all matching and restorable...
$75 to $100 with a cut barrel.
I bought one for $40 two years ago with a cut barrel and ugly bubba stock. All matching, which is more painfull with a cut barrel. Anyhow, I put it in a ATI stock, put a scope on it, free floated the barrel and I have , (IMHO), a fine deer rifle that cost me less that $300 scoped. The scope was $160
