1977 manufacture Winchester 30-30 gold rush commemorative 1896-1899. Asking for a friend, he wants to know how much it’s worth. Any help is appreciated

Unfired and in it's original jacket in mint condition around the $750- mark out here. Maybe more further East.

They are not made that well. They are meant as show pieces not shooters.
If in the original box and not a scratch on it. Probably get $650 for it after 6 months of trying to sell it.
For a fast sale $500.

Slight drift, but what the heck, it's Christmas Day, eh? About fifteen years ago my pal down in Oregon bought a BNIB Canadian Centennial Commemorative Ruger 10/22. The dealer had opened the packaging in front of his eyes for the very first time. 'Ain't NIVVER gonna sell this here pup', he quoth, 'Tell ya what, buy a brick of .22 and I'll throw it in with the deal, howzat?;
