the only gun that was interesting IMO last year was slated to have a 3299 retail price cad and came in at 4699..
rough time to be a Canadian in the firearms industry.

Many importers would rather a quick profit than grow the industry. North Sylvia and M+M fiasco comes to mind...

Most of the Henry receivers are ZAMAC, zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper.

Very strong and reliable, not as strong as steel mind you.

Doubt it. This hobby is currently being priced out of existence. Give it a year you’ll see no new uptake in PALs, and as the old dusty farts die the numbers will plummet.
