What's on your "Do not sell until I'm dead" list?

Any of my short-barreled long guns like the Stevens 305f, DA Grizzly Mag, or AR15. You never know if they will be available in the future or if they will become prohibited. I still want to get a 44 Mag Ranch Hand. Also my antique Husqvarna rolling block that my grandpa brought over from the fatherland. I have other guns that I love to hunt or shoot with but they are all replaceable. I'd be hesitant to sell my Tula SKS because it's the most accurate SKS I've ever experienced.

Likewise. Firearms are a means to an end not an end unto themselves. There's no gun that I wouldn't sell under the right conditions. That doesn't mean they would be sold cheap or to just anyone.
 
my B&C stocked Howa 1500 in 6.5x55 has now earned a spot on my do not sell list... that rifle does everything right and is a real work horse. Looks great topped with a VX2 1-4x20 and is my go to deer rifle in s. ontario.

Consider...its "just money"....you can always make more...but once they are sold you might never be able to replace some rifles.

Sure some rifles are special and some are one of a kind...... but they're just rifles, there are more important things in life.

Not sure how not being transfixed with a certain gun or having overwrought emotional attachments to a firearm makes one a "Liberal politician."

If I'm not using a gun, don't have a use for it or find one that does a specific job better then out it goes. I don't get all misty-eyed over them.

Photos only? Okay, and upon consideration, this may be my "to the grave" keeper:

Sako M-78 .22LR "Mannlicher." Its incredibly rare, supposedly its the only fullstock M-78 in the world, some sort of factory prototype or special order factory custom rifle, and great looking and a great shooter and worth more than just money to me. (If there is anything that is "just a tool"..its money.)

I will never sell my Winchester 490 that my Dad gave me in 1980. When he gave it to me he asked me to never sell it, and so I won't. It's not the most accurate rifle I've owned, and I don't shoot it much anymore, but when he gave it to me I put thousands of rounds through it over a number years and I have a lot of fond memories of hunting the groundhog fields here in Southern Ontario with him. It has a great deal of sentimental value and isn't worth a lot of money, but has tremendous value to me. When he's gone it'll mean even more to me, I'm sure.

My kids will probably sell it when I'm gone and think nothing of it, but I will have enjoyed the memories in my lifetime.
