What's the best bang for the buck in over/under or semi-auto 12gauge? Looking to shot some waterfoul and play around with some clays. Do not want to be cheap.... but not break the bank!

Anyone see anything worthwhile in the exchange forum??

Mossberg 590, nicely equipt. is my vote. LOL.

LOL, just a little joke there. My serious answer is the venerable working mans shotgun, the plain jane Remington 870 Express, with a set of chokes.

It does take choke tube... some you can adapt it to your need... and to play with, it can't be beat!

For ducks and clays?? Save up your money and buy yourself a nice used Citori. Or go out and buy a brand new Beretta 391 with 28" barrels or longer.

For a semi-auto today, I'd get the Stoeger semi auto in black synthetic, for 540.00 from SIR ( Cabela's) in Winnipeg.

Great Benelli action, and great bang for the buck.

For hunting try the camo version for 600.00.:)

I do have a Stoeger Semi-auto, 3 in. with 6 tubes (for clays) and a Stoeger slug barrel (smooth-bore, rifle sights) If you would be interested send me a PM. I love the gun, but have been eyeing and Extrema for a couple of years.
