whats the difference between a VZ 58 sporter nr and a CZ 858 nr?

Not sure if I should post this in the red rifle section or newbie section (being that I'm a newby) so I put it here. Feel free to move this if the red rifle section would be better.

Anyway, whats the difference between a VZ 58 sporter (non restricted) with the non skeletonized stock and a CZ 858 (non restricted) non folding stock?
 
Are there any 7.62 VZ 58 out there? P and D enterprises has two listed and it says they are 7.62x39, so I'm confused.
 
I believe the new CSA VZ58 sporter come with a side rail for scope mount and different furniture. They do come in both calibers. But the 5.56 ones seem to have issues. Mine is still in the shop. Never worked.
