Whats the difference between Rugers?

They're all very strong. They all have a transfer bar as opposed to having the hammer hit the primer directly and coil springs. However, the Blackhawk is an older design. First seen in 1955. The Blackhawk has adjustable sights and a different frame.
The Bisley is just a Vaquero(a truer copy of the Colt SAA) with a different grip frame and adjustable sights. The Vaquero comes with fixed sights only. The innards of all of 'em are the mostly same. The Ruger web site has a good description of each model.
 
In short Vaquero is a fixed sight version of the Blackhawk. Vaquero offers different finish - ie. gross polish steel and color case. Bisley models(when compare to Blackhawk) have different shape of grip frame, hammer and a heavier frame(all steel grip frame rather than alloy) - following the style of the first Bisley target revolver by Holland & Holland in England-I think. Ruger offers two lines of Bisley model - the Ruger Bisley and Vaquero Bisley(the difference is as above - adjustable sight vs. fixed sight, and finish). Oh, one more difference - Vaquero Bisley comes with fluted cylinder and Ruger Bisley comes with engraved unfluted cylinder.
 
The New model Blackhawk Bisley Blackhawk and older Vaquero are all built on the same frame and have the same strength. Ruger has recently introduced a new vaquero built on a smaller frame with dimensions that more closely match the Colt SAA. This cannot handle the same loads that the older Vaquero can, but since it was introduced mainly for use in Cowboy Action Shooting, which limits muzzle velocity to less than 1000 FPS, it is not a hindrence as long as you do not try to replicate the "Ruger only" handloads in 45 Colt. The large frame Vaquero can fire them easily.
