Whats the difference between these two 45-90 dies

Need a set of proper dies for my Sharps.
Redding has dies marked 45-90 Winchester, and RCBS has 45-90 Sharps.
Other than price, is there a difference?

I don't have hands-on experience but I have read in several references that the 45-90 Winchester & 45-90 Sharps, & .45 x 2.4" Sharps are all the same cartridge.
Google it.
