sparrow said:The sight is easy to disassemble, there is only a pin holding it together as seen in the pic, once that is out you take out the small aperture and reassemble, for me this was a good idea as I only wanted it as a BUIS and peeling the small aperture with gloved hands was a total non starter. If finer work is anticipated then leave it in, but a BUIS is not supposed to double as a NM sight in my opinion. I'll be going to the KAC 300m unit in a few weeks as my "dealer" is bringing in one for me.
