Since it's one pound, not from a retailer, and from an unknown lot number someone might not be able to get anymore from, I'd say $30. That's face to face, I wouldn't even bother shipping 1lbs of powder as the hazmat will be a joke. Maybe worth 100 45ACP bullets?
Rifle powders aren't nearly as hard to find at the moment compared to pistol or shotgun powder.
