Hi everyone,

I have a gun show coming up this weekend and have decided to part with my trusty old truck gun, (I have my eye on something mag-fed). It's an 870 Wingmaster dating from the mid-80's. The bluing is worn from honest wear and there are a few dings in the wood from bouncing around under the seat but she still functions just fine. It has the top folding stock that says "FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY" as seen in the pictures below.

Anyway, I'm interested to hear what folks think I might be able to get for it this weekend.

Thanks for looking!

That...

Is a slick looking rig.

Not going to hazard a guess on value, but if it doesn't sell this weekend, PM me.

Gun is worth about 400 and the folding stock is 150. I think 550 all in would be a close estimate. It depends what the internals look like. What you get offered at a gun show will be anyone's guess. I bet it will be 300 or less. I would post it on the EE. Good luck on your purchase.

She sure looks sweet, and you feel like a rockstar when you draw her from the scabbard on the side of your pack & blow tree stumps to smithereens while shooting from the hip, but I've got say that when when you've got her to your shoulder that steel stock is unforgiving. I've come home on many an occasion with a black & blue shoulder which has required significant beer therapy.

This is a warning to those who buy and sell outside of the EE, using "what is the value of this firearm" as an excuse.

If the solicitation is made outside of the EE, the forum will not deal with any trader ratings review concerning transaction. Also, if this happens to be a fraud, the forum will not accept fraud report and will not sanction against the seller, as this is considered to be dealing outside of the forum.

All solicitation must be made inside the Equipment Exchange forums. If you send an offer to these ambiguous solicitation in the public forum, you will be on your own.
