What kind of die? Some brands are better than others. I've picked up three die sets by Lyman for $10 at gun shows and even RCBS carbide three die sets for $30.

Provided they are in decent shape, and not rusty inside that wouldn't be a bad price for them. Shellholders are usually sold separately anyway so technically it's not lost, just no bonus added.
