First time ordering from TheAmmoSource online....all items were said to be in stock. It's been 10 days now and my order still has not shipped out. They will not respond to emails or voicemail and will not answer the phone..

Have you ever ordered from them? What's the deal?

Same it is probably due to the big sale. I also wouldn’t be surprised if there was a bit of Covid fatigue as they have been working flat out for months!
Good folks there in their tiny village in the woods!
 
I finally got through to them to speak with someone on the phone. Appears that they are swamped due to the big Thanksgiving sale.
Just wish there would have been better communication on a potential 2 week plus delay in shipping.
 
They are having a sale so it's ok for them to not ship product paid for in a timely manner? Total nonsense. 10 days is ridiculous, especially considering he's still waiting.

I have yet to have a positive experience with them. They have shipped me trash disguised as "surplus" and I even found myself in the middle of an incredibly infantile exchange between the owner and another retailer.

I only ever refer to their site for pricing. Would never buy anything from them because of exactly this kind of tomfoolery.
 
I’ve ordered lots of stuff from them. Ordered a rifle on the fall sale on the Friday and it was shipped the following Tuesday I believe. Not bad.
Ordered $300 worth of stuff over the thanksgiving sale and it’s not showing as shipped yet. It’s been over a week. I’m not really too bent out of shape about it. They’re usually pretty good and I’m sure there’s a good reason. I guess I’d be more excited about it if it was a rifle though...
I’ve waited longer for supposedly in stock items from vendors with a reputation for excellent customer service.

They pick up the phone if you call.

Ordered from them during the sale too. Item was a little slow to ship but it was a good deal and it's been a great store over the years. I ordered something from Cabela's a month ago and it took 3 weeks to ship. Ppl are under stress from covid, cut them all a little slack. Should be shipping soon OP. Cheers.
 
I’ve ordered lots from them, it’s usually always taken at least a week to ship which is probably the biggest complaint most people have about them. It seems like they’re kind of victims of their own success.

Just got my order today. I guess it was 2 weeks but really is that so bad lol? Great prices and a Canadian non box store business.

Like I mentioned before, I had a Cabela's order take 3 weeks. Covid doesn't exactly help with speed.
