Wasn't there an old thread with a plated AK47 and a rooster sight? This seems to fit into that category. Either that or when someone asked to have their barrel chrome plated...they should have specified to the mexican plater that it was the INSIDE of the barrel they wanted done.
Peeling plate....ya someone forgot to do a reverse and scratch.
