Whats with all the M14 on EE ??

Some of us have lots and several different builds...you build them, you sell them, you build them different, you sell them...

I don't think it's guys getting off the bandwagon so much as guys just playing around with different toys and different configurations.

I don't have anything up in the EE at the moment but I will probably sell my folder soon. I will still have 4 at that point...the folder is actually my favourite but I just feel like changing some things and I like buiding up different guns. That's all.

there's a tide of m14 for sale that is true,
I actually thought it was related to the m14 kaboom thread

let me know what you think

I ended up with 2 more norcs , just received from marstar...... thought they had forgotten about me in the last shipment..... apparently not hehehe

so i ended up with 2 more rifles.
figured i'd dress one up into a shorty, tune it up to match specs, install a decent bolt...... and offer it up to someone who wanted a gun with zero issues, ready to truly shoot out of the box. A buddy wanted the one i listed but just bought a new bolt gun..... so onto the EE it went.

I highly doubt that these were listed as a result of that rediculous kaboom thread. The kabooms are caused by reloader error....... not the rifle as some would have us believe.

I figure a lot of people bought some from last shipments to resale later to gain some money. Anyone with some spare cash could have bought them at $400 each, waited a few months and easily sold at $500. I expect to see lots for sale for some time to come.

I don't think anyone's making a killing by selling theirs for $500.00. They paid tax and shipping and sell for more than $400 at stores that have them in stock. If Marstar's out of the $400 guns, $500's still a great deal. I bought mine used for more than $400 then bought another when Marstar got more in. I don't regret paying a little more and getting the gun when I want it, rather than sitting on $400 and waiting for another ship to come into dock. Which I doubt there are any more coming soon. Maybe the owners are getting bored. Might not be for everyone. Me, its my favorite gun for playing around with, 2nd only to my 22.

Are you serious, I see the "lol", but still unsure. I want to get one, but please tell it ain't so............

It doesn't sound like its so. But, I'll tell you, if you want something. Get it. I hemmed and hawed about getting a Thompson semi auto years ago, and do you think I can get one now?

The real problem is they are way to fun, I paid 400.00 from Marstar but burned through 450.00 in ammo the first weekend I shot it.:dancingbanana:
