Whats with the price of powders from private citizens vs companies now adays

Open powder is worthless to me unless I really trust the person that that it is coming from, way to much chance of some sort of miss hap otherwise.
 
Powder prices vary depending what part of the country your in. I pay $22/lb for Titegroup here in Ontario, but I've seen it for over $45/lb in Alberta. Now me personally, when I sell powder I sell it for what I paid for it, I don't like gouging my fellow reloaders.

I've ordered from Hummasons on a number of occasions and found their powder prices the lowest anywhere, and the shipping was very reasonable. e.g. $35 for 15 lbs.

They're my "go to" place now. I just wish they had what's in stock on their website. They do however answer emails quickly.
 
The only powder I'm short on is Reloader 7, I would not buy a open container but if I had to I would pay a premium price. Free enterprise availability and demand.
 
UMMMMMMM,,,where is outlander finding titegroup for $22.00,,,these days LOL.....i'm next to Higginsons,,,and it's hasn't that cheap in years,,,,
