I saw deer EXACTLY like this moose

I was hunting in zone 152 in Alberta near the Red Deer river and saw a mule buck wandering around aimlessly with his head down. he had no hair on him...just like the moose. It's not ticks... His belly was bloated and his legs were spindly looking, no meat on them at all.

A quick check on the net shows the active ingredient to be Fipronil, which is toxic to humans, may be a carcenogen, and Suspected endocrine disruptor.
So it probably isn't such a good idea

You can buy regular delousing powder at farm stores like Co-op, works on winter ticks,reg ticks,fleas,etc. Comes in a tall can, something like Pringles, and has the consistency of Talcum. I wouldn't eat the powder itself, but I highly doubt it would taint the meat. Ivomec kills mange,intestinal worms,etc but not topical parasites.

Application would be another story. Maybe converted Water-Bombers!?!?
