Whats your favorite 9mm powder?

well it's a longshot, but it may just work!

Or not........I haven't had much luck with Longshot in 'normal' pressure/velocity loads. It doesn't seem to burn efficiently at other than high pressure levels.

However it works very well in my .357Mag and 9mm major level loads.

For minor power factor 9mm and .38Sp loads I use Clays.

I have only tried Bullseye, Unique, and Titegroup. I prefer Titegroup like others here, meters nice, burns clean and fast, and you don't need much.... Be nice if powder in general were easier to find here in Vancouver.

Hey John, in what way are you talking? Are you just getting sub par velocity, or are you finding unburnt powder?

I have one powder only for pistol: W231 (9mm and .38 S&W), and one powder only for rifle: Varget. (.303 and .308) I like to keep things simple.

Anyone have a line on Titegroup?? My last 1LB'er just got opened, time to get more...
I would have bought tightgroup if I could have found it, but I couldn't find it or unique, so I bought the longshot.
I always knew there where reasons for my stockpile tendencies :p
