What's your favorite buttstock for an AR carbine?

1. HK
2. SOPMOD
3. CTR

No particular order, depends on the mission and use. If wanting to go light then the CTR is the best choice...But the HK has won me over as the best Stock that you can do it all with...

I'm tall and have givenup on colapsable stocks on all but my 10.5 I now use the prs on both my ar 15's and AR10's

Vltor EMOD and Troy battle axe stock. The Vltor is fantastic and has ample storage for spare batteries. The Troy has a large storage area good for almost anything that will fit. My only gripe with the Troy is the battery tubes are sized for AA not 123 lithiums.

TDC

1. Colt fiberlite with a rubber band.
2. CTR.

For Recce/SPR/SR25 types I'll opt for one of the heavier options with a better cheekweld.

I have a couple of CTR's and an MOE, but recently bought the ACS. Wanstalls has a pretty good price for them ($119). I like the cheekweld on the ACS much better. Might swap out the others for something similar, like the STR or ACS-l.

I am a Magpul CTR Beeeyotch!!! LoL

Locks well, unlocks quickly, fast and simple adjustment and finally it looks cool!!! Ha ha ha

Cheers
Barney

CTR's lock up nice and tight but I really like my VLTOR standard imod stock. It's light, solid, has a good feel and relatively inexpensive. Plus! Battery compartments if you're into that. I saw armtac had some in stock the other day too.

I just got my hands on the FAB GLShock. I bought it because of the reasonable price and features. To be fair, I was shopping specifically for an active recoil absorbing system for my beowulf and $125 seemed like a no lose deal. I have yet to put it through its paces.
