My CZ452 goes well with Lapua Super Club. More expensive than bulk stuff but groups are noticeably tighter (think dime-size 5-shot groups at 50).
I think I will just try all different kinds mentioned in this thread, and see which one I like the most.
More importantly is what the guns like.You will be able to judge this by how the ammo performs in your guns in terms of accuracy and reliability.
Pretty much. My Kimber was about to lose a spot in the gun safe due to my frustration with it's accuracy, fliers mediocre groups etc. I took about 6 different brands and just shot them for groups. Turned out my frustration was because it doesn't shoot lubed bullets such as Lapua or Elley worth a damn, but loves the Federal Gold. Go figure. I was so sure it had to shoot Lapua or Elley. The Kimber managed to save itself and I learned an interesting lesson.
