Lol along with others Im going to regret this lol.

Rifle-$470
ICR stock-$540
VLTOR casv-14-$360
Op rod spring guide-$50
Fab defense buttstock, buffer tube and pistol grip-$150
Eotech 552-$650

Total-$2220

But walking through the bush in deer season with something that looks like that.... priceless hahaha

what didnt you like about the rubber but pad? mines in the mail. Also considering using a garand but pad + bedding.
I just didnt like the LOP
Ya plus the b.s. with trying to get the stock screws to fit it....

$450 m305 shorty
$120 boyds stock
$20 sand paper and rub on urithane
$35 sadalak op rod
$15 shims
$500 custom break kit with tools (original thread were damaged to take off welded one stock muzzel break)
$40 USGI triger parts to replace norc ones that were causing run away firing, much smouth triger now anyways
$15 USGI stock steel
$85 'bits and piece" gas cylender lock "nut" with front sight post rail
$8 locktite for rear sites, front sites, stock screws, op rod guide.... lets face it its takes almost a hole tube to tighten up a norc.

$1288 pluss all the shipping and inport fees.

BTW Im selling this if anyone is intrested, $800; I got a new LRB m25 on the way

Well let's see;

I got my 2007 Norc M14S used about 3-4 years ago for $300 cash.
Got an unfinished Boyds walnut M1A stock on sale a few years back for $70 on sale.
Bought a used M1A rear sight assembly on the EE for about $75.

So all total $445 which is still $55 less than the brand new sticker price before tax and shipping lol
Plus I sold the Chu Wood stock for $40
And the rear sight assembly for parts for $10

So if I factor those dollars I made back off the stock parts I sold, I paid $395 for this rifle:

I would say I'm happy with my low amount of dollars spent lol

Well, I'm probably going to regret doing this as well lol. It's a slippery slope once you start!
