What's your white whale?

Mine is a Ruger 77 RSI international stainless in 257 Roberts. A family member has a blued one in 243 and another in 308. They are great rifles and I've shot both. I've been looking now for 2 years.
A friend is looking for a new sps 700 in 300wsm to. Harder to come by than I thought.
I'm curious to know what rifle you can afford but can't seem to find.

Wow, wow, wow. How long did it take you to acquire all those? Can you share any tips in finding those Rugers? I usually do a weekly search on many websites...Ditto so far.

Yes they can, but the hunt for a specific rifle could be harder than your dream elk

I wish I could find a Brno ZG47 in 9.3x62. I have two in 30-06 and may rebore one of them to 9.3x62 as its not in "collectible" condition anyway, but I would love a factory original 9.3x62.
