WHEEW! WildTV!!

already a subsriber. got almost as soon as became an option for Bell.

it's great. you even get all the wicked american gun shows like Guns and Ammo Tv, American Shooter etc etc. youve got everything from shows about guns to shows about snowmobiling and quading to big game hunting shows, bowhunting shows, waterfowling shows, fishing shows. you name it it's on there.

it's almost always on in my house now, it's fantastic. the NFA even has commercials that run on the channel. it'ed be nice if they could get those on more main stream chanels like CTV or something but hey it's better then nothin.

on bell you can add single channels for like 2.50.

my dad has had it on their expressview since the end of the free preview when they were testing the waters. great channel love it. its on almost all the time at my dads house unless a fishing show comes on.. then it gets changed.

i want it at my house. but my GF wont let me. she pays the sat bill so she gets her say :(

i dont know actrually. when we first got it you could only get it through this package they had running witch had a bunch of useless channels we cared nothing about lol but baught it anyway just to get wildTv. Im sure there other pakages now since it's been available for awile now. we even have one channel that none stop fishing shows :runaway: fishtv or something like that.

just call expressview and ask how you can get it.

It's been available from Bell for about a year now. I got it when it was first available, which at the time meant that you needed the second LNB for your dish because they planted it on the 82 degree satellite with all the high def stuff. I think they finally realized that in order to get more subscribers to this station, they needed to put it on the 91 degree satellite, which is the one everyone is aimed at. The package with WildTV also includes the World Fishing Network, the Fight Network, and Soccer Network. The cost depends on what you already have, and will be $8 per month or less.

Dont know if I want to post after the Vice President of Wild Tv posted .... Oh well. How much are the shows repeated? What are the shows like? Are they just guy goes out and shoots animal the end or is there useful information and exciting to watch?
I am thinking about getting it but want to make sure its worth it. I am cancelling my movie channels in order to get WildTV and a couple other channels I have been wanting.

I called Rogers Cable to see if I could get it and they had NO CLUE what WildTV was... I wish they'd offer the dang channel as I have everything (cable, Phone, Cell, Internet) through Rogers.

The best advise that I can give you robinhood is to keep calling them and telling them to carry Wild TV or change to a carrier that supports your lifestyle. Bell has been carrying us since October of 2006 and many people have moved to them.

We'll keep everyone up to date when rogers, shaw and starchoice starts to carry Wild TV full time!

That's what I did with my provider(SaskTel MAX) and I'm an employee of the provider. I said even though I'm an employee, I'd switch if they didn't get it, so anyone else out there who has no connection to the company like I do wouldn't even hesitate. Not sure if me calling (several times) made a difference, but shortly after that we got it, If they get enough calls, it's bound to make a difference.
