When did Webley revolvers cross the 1898 boundary?

From what I heard that it was in the Mk III series, but is there a precise moment marked with a certain serial number when they crossed into the new year of 1898? What serial would that be?

Another question: were there any Mk II that were still manufactured in 1898 so not antique? I did not think so.

MKIIIs the CFC cut off is 999 last time i checked.

All MKIIs are antique and have and Antique FRT # on the RCMP FRT Disc.
No i dont have that FRT # or the Disc thats just what i been told.
