Whip it through their window with a rubber #### attached to it and a note that tells them to phuck themselves.
 
Fights not over until it's over. Stay positive, for now the threat of a ban just means you need to get out and shoot more. I know for myself if the ban looks like it's going to happen. Im going out to the range and running every gun I have until the barrel glows red.
 
When handguns are banned, more people will buy them on the black market. The government was been portraying licensed law abiding gun owners in Canada as criminals in waiting for decades, I’m sure a lot will find it easy to say “Screw it, I’ll be a criminal now”. As we’ve all seen criminals sure have more rights than any law abiding citizen seems to have.
 
I was wondering this myself because I do not want to give the thieves a handgun or rifle in working order so the bastards can sell or give it to they're corrupt buddies.

Agreed. Why would people invent silly and completely useless posts like that?
 
There's more than 10x the amount of handguns in Canada than there is AR's. The government will be up for a much bigger battle at that point. Buy back costs would be astronomical so if that ever came to pass, I'm willing to bed they would have to go with the grandfathering clause again.

Yes the will go with grandfathering, they also will close the tap, there will no longer be imports of handguns to this country ( legally )

Stock the F up on spare parts kits, mags, barrels, and eveything you will need to keep the handguns you own finely tuned to sustain you for a life time on ownership, buy all you can now, everything you can afford
 
Pretty depressing that this is partly due to a few sick individuals. They do not represent the majority of us.
