When is 10/22 takedown target coming in?

i like it.
ive been thinking of picking up a takedown and i think ill wait and pick this one up instead.
about when you can expect to see it.....
usually ruger stuff takes up to a year from release date before we see it coming into Canada.
im sure irungunz will have them on their US site within 4-6 months.
keep in mind that even though Ruger puts it on their site does not mean that they have thousands sitting in the warehouse ready to go out.
6 months to a year is my guess as to when we will start to see them.

Minus the "almost"
The stock is main reason I picked up a "collectors edition" 10/22. That and the peep sights.
Been thinking of getting the CZ 455 Varmint for my first rifle instead, but takedown is just so appealing. The Takedown Target would have been perfect if not because it will take a year to come in.
Does the 14" when taken down really help?
Be honest its just a cool factor. If it isnt going to be put in a backpack, Im guessing most will just carry it complete, then why not just buy the reg heavy version? The plus side is the rail is on the reciever.
