Where are the all of the game butchers at in Canada?

Unless I have absolutely no time I prefer to do it myself. Its actually impossible to screw it up, you just end up with more ground.

I've been using a cheap CTC electric meat grinder for a few years, and so long as you're easy on it, you won't shred the gears.

I was 18 years old before I laid eye's on venison with a Bone in it or fat on it. And we ate a lot of Venison; just all fastidiously trimmed and totally de-boned.
And my daughter works at the abbittor down the road and you should hear the stories about deer getting dropped off ( bloody, blasted up carcasses ). I'd not want to dress or butcher someone else's meats nor expect them to do mine.
Awfully particular I am.
But good luck with your quest.
