Where are the Euro cal shooters out there?

I am a Euro calibre fan, but, IMHO there are no 22 cal. center fire cartridges that are adequate for any animal bigger than a coyote.

22-250 is a common culling caliber

16x15/9.3X72R drilling, 8.15X46R, 7x57, and 577 Snider are the ones in my gun cabinet these days, but I have at one time shot animals with a slew of European cartridges from 6.5MS to 577/450.Cat

I had a 6.5x57 on a Mauser sporter. May build another, but with a faster twist this time around, it is a very good hunting cartridge. - dan

Should be good for those tiny blacktails on the coast with a good bullet I would think. Like roe deer in Europe. They're not much bigger than an antelope. - dan

I have an old Dumoulin in that cartridge. Hard to find brass for it, though it is easy to make. Does everything my 7 Rem Mag will do in the field. - dan

Got my last deer with 6.5x55, that's a couple now spaced out over the years. Its a peach.

Like to handload 7.62x39 for hunting but never made meat with it yet.

I'm a fan of 6.5x55mm, 7x57mm, and 9.3x62mm. Own and used them myself. But there are lots of great cartridges from the other side of the drink. I would love to chase game in Europe with a Blaser R93 single shot in 6.5x55mm or Africa with a Sako Bavarian in 9.3x62mm. One can dream!
