Where are the new production rifles in 7x57?!?!?

Hello All,
I am looking for upgrade from my Chilean Mauser in 7x57 Mauser to a nicer rifle in the same colour. I have been dreaming of a classic rifle, blued gun in a walnut stock in 7x57 Mauser for a few years now. So I went on the interwebs to check out how much this dream will cost me and begin to save for it. I looked at Winchester, Browning, Weatherby, Remington, CZ and finally even looked at Savage Arm's websites. I was shocked and appalled when I came to the realization that none of those companies are currently producing a walnut and blued rifle in 7x57 Mauser. I am not particularly interested in building a custom, nor do I have 3-5 thousand dollars sitting around for a Mauser brand rifle. What brands am I missing in my search? Is it really possible that no one is making rifles in this calibre anymore?
 
^ nice, very nice, wish I had the doe to buy one, I don't need one, but would love to have one because of it being in 7x57. I'd prefer no cheek pc, as I shoot left.

My brother has a Winchester M70 FW in 7x57 and it's pretty sweet.... that's what got me looking for one.
 
I believe Heym still produces one, as well as in the more popular European calibre: 7x64 Brenneke. It seems all the high end European rifles are offered in 7x64. Sako overs the Bavarian series in 7x64. Something to consider.

At one time Remington produced the 700 in 7x57... I'd love to own one.

Not entirely "new production", but I am in the midst of the quick and easy way to a lightweight and lovely 7X57. You can be, too!

Buy one of the many Husqvarna 8X57 or 9.3X57 rifles that Tradex has for sale. There are enough that have no cracked stocks that you can take your pick.

Get a new profiled 7X57 barrel from one of our several Canadian barrel makers.

Have it installed by one of our Canadian gunsmiths.

Refinish, do not sand, the stock while waiting for the metal to arrive home.

Total cost will be well under $1000, and be something you can hunt with until you give it to your grandkids.
