Where can I buy an original Ruger M77 mkII SA stock?

Go online, search for a rifle that wears the stock you want and harvest the serial number, then email Snapshots @ snapshots@videotron.ca give them the serial number and ask them (Michael / Carole) to order the stock from Ruger for you.
P.S - by "Scout" I assume you mean "Frontier?" They are not the same thing... if it is a right hand Frontier SA stock you are looking for you can use this serial number (791-32287)... this is from an M77 MKII Frontier 7-08.
