Long story short... bought an ATI stock version but I do wanna revert it back to wood stock. Is there an online store selling just the wooden stock? Did my usual search but came up with nothing (always only found the full gun)? Is there a diff between Will either a Russian / Chinese hit or they have to match where the gun originally came from? As long it is not broken I don't really mind how much cosmoline is on it. Btw how much should they usually cost?

Thanks in advance.

Don't think theres much for sks parts from retail stores anymore, try your luck on the EE?

I've got one off a Norinco sks kicking around the house I might sell, I believe the fit is the same. PM if interested

It was a few years ago, but try calling Frontier Firearms, they had a mountain of wood stocks out back of their store.

If you need a bayonet it's probably overpriced, but Wild West at the Edmonton mall had some in their showcase.

I think wild west had some wood stocks in the store. About $25 if I remember properly. You would have to call I don't remember seeing them on the website.

Timber smith , makes some nice wood for the sks . There has been a few sks with timber smith wood on the EE so stocks should be available in Canada somewhere .

Do you just need the stock and not the gastube cover? I think I have one spare that I bought at a gunshow a ways back.

Have you checked your local stores? I know I see them (and other surplus SKS parts) in a few. And you shouldn't be spending more than $20 for a basic wooden stock.
