Reliable Gun & Tackle in Vancouver- but that's a heck of a long way from you! I'd be trying industrial suppliers. Alternatey, contact Kano Labs directly and ask them who distributes Kroil in Eastern Canada.

Just got back from P&D here in Edmonton and they have it. I believe they do mail order.
