Where can I buy Smith & Wesson Barrels?

A fellow gun club member has a prohibited 357mag S&W revolver. I know a gunsmith who can work on prohibited pistols. Do you know anyone who sells restricted length barrels so the status of the pistol can be changed? I can find them in the US, but of course they won't ship to Canada.

Possibly Murray Charlton Enterprises. But he may want to do the whole job, not just sell the barrel.
 
What model? I suppose a model 66.
