I am looking to buy a brand new Ruger Mark 3 target. I have been looking at all the sponsor's sites and everybody seem to be out of stock.

You'll have to be patient but they become available from time to time. You may want to slap down a deposit with someone and play the waiting game. At least that way you're guaranteed to get one, eventually.
