Where can I find a 12" bull barrel for my 10/22?

Ok so obviously Dlask sells the 12" .920 barrels. And I have had nothing but good results with the 5 or 6 I've owned in the past. Loved all of them.
Here's my dilemma, this is for the girlfriends 10/22.
I already ordered a pink hogue stock for her rifle. And she keeps showing me pics of 12" barreled 10/22's in hogue stocks. So I know she likes the looks of it, but will she like the way it handles and feels? Only one way to find out I guess.

So long story short, I'm looking for either a used Dlask .920 to keep costs down in the event she doesn't like it once she tries it. And yes, I've posted an EE ad for this. However have not had any bites.

What are my options for other, more "affordable" 12 inch bull barrels in canada? As far as my research gets me there is NEA barrels but not a clue where to purchase one.

Also, you all have always given great advise, and there is lots of new info here every day, so thanks to all who like to help out :)

Just my 2 cents.
Tacsol barrels are great. Plus side is you can have colors to pic from.
Whistel pig iirc also have painted barrel but dont know a canadian source.
Yes I know its 16" and not 12" but the weight saving from an aluminum barrel are something to think about too.
So perceived less noise and weight saving.

Yep I was just looking at them on the hical site. I would like to sway her away from the 12" but if that's what she wants that's what she gets

I've got a New Unfired Dlask 11.5" medium taper barrel (0.750" at the muzzle) with forward blow XB-5 Linear Compensator tapered back to match the 0.750" muzzle diameter... it is listed in the Rimfire Accessories EE... take a look if it interests you.

Jjohnwm, yours has a match chamber, looking for sporter chamber for ease of cycling cheaper ammo.

Hoyt, 11.5" isn't 12" lol and not looking for a .750 she wants full bull barrel. Thanks tho.

I might have one, brand new, bought it for a build to use while my custom order barrel was being made, don't think I even fired it, got it new with a rub spot in the flat black finish is I stripped it and painted it silver. Have to look what brand it is, and confirm its a 12".

Nope, not interested. Thanks though.

I've found something that will work from another member here.
Slim pickings up north of the border I guess.

Because I don't want to... I already have a 16" coming from them, $207 is enough at the moment, don't really wanna make that $414.

Well I was able to find a 12" .920 NEA barrel for $100 it's on it's way to me now.

Thing is it has a bentz chamber so I may have to take it to my local smith and have it opened up to a sporter which worse comes to worse I'll be in it $150 still cheaper than a Dlask and still what she wants so we're all happy here.

Slim pickings up north of the border I guess.

Not just North of the Border when you have your eye set on a 12" barrel. A large part of that is, anything in the USA under 16" puts it in a whole other category, thus the market for short barrels is very small. The majority of aftermarket barrels would be 16" and longer.

Just the fact that in Canada "we can" is a good enough reason for me to run a short barrel.
