Where can I find a CZ 457 Pro Varmint in Canada??

Hey guys,

This little monster is a thing of beauty. I realize it's basically an MTR, but I love the ProVarmint stock (I believe it to be a Boyds stock?). Hoping to find on in the country?

Anyone know if they're available in Canada? I've looked all over the net...

It's only been available in the US. At least one model, the 457 Royal, which is available in Canada, doesn't seem to be readily found south of the border.

Why would they not be available here? That Royal is a nice looking rifle as well

Hard to say why they aren't available here, perhaps CZ doesn't see a market for a "suppressor-ready" model in a country where such devices are prohibited. I might suggest contacting Wolverine Supplies and inquiring if they would be able to bring one in for you. They were able to get me the coloured CZ trigger guards that go with Boyd's stocks, was a bit of a wait, but those parts were otherwise unavailable in Canada.

They’re hard to find, that’s for sure.

I have a 457 Varmint, and I ordered that through I Run Guns. Cost about $820 with all taxes/fees/conversion. I couldn’t find any 457 Varmints in Canada at the time (2 months ago). Perhaps check with IRG to see if they can get you the Pro Varmint.

According to CZ USA the CZ 457 Varmint At-One is available in .22LR only. Of course it will accept any CZ 455/457 .17HMR barrel, but currently no CZ 457 Varmint At-One rifles have been available in Canada. As noted above, it's only been available in the U.S.
