Where can I find brass and bullets?

I am looking for 8x56R Hungarian, will I have to buy cartridges and then reload the fired casings? I'm new to reloading and I will also be looking for .303 brass/bullets and 8mm Mauser.

Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, is listing Bertram brass at $74.95 per 20. Hornady supposedly loads it too. That'd likely be a special order thing.

TradeEx,CanadaAmmo and Marstar all carry S&B or Partisan 8x56R . (TradeEx seems to be the only ones that HAVE stock,though)
At less than $30 for 20 rounds that's a lot better than $75 just for brass....good as Bertram is.
